Book Through the MobiMate App

  1. Download “MobiMate” from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and select Join Organization.
  3. Type “Lighthouse” and tap Continue.
If it says “your request failed” — that’s okay.
We’re automatically notified and will link your account right away so you can start booking rides.

Once you’re approved, you can:

  • Schedule appointments anytime
  • Track your ride status
  • Message our team in the app

Request a Ride Online

Send us your trip details and our team will contact you to confirm availability. Please do not include diagnoses, medications, insurance numbers, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary medical information.
